Welcome to the 2025 Croatian Festival! Join us on Saturday, August 16, after 5 p.m.
Festivities, food and fun will be held at our church grounds, 708 N. 4th Street, Kansas City, KS. The dance will begin at 9 p.m. on the Strawberry Hill Museum grounds next door. Admission is free.
Parking is available on side streets (be kind to the neighbors!) and in the parking garage at the University of Kansas – Strawberry Hill Campus at Fourth Street and Armstrong. Thank you, KU!
Our food will include Croatian favorites: sarma dinner ($20), sausage sandwich dinner ($15), cobanac/Croatian stew, and hamburgers and hot dogs. Be sure to try the Croatian cookies at the cookie booth.
Try your luck at our raffle booths – apple strudel, povitica (nut bread), and salamis. Chances are $1.
Our kids’ booth activities are still 50 cents. Little ones can try their luck at the treat booth for snacks and toys, the fishing pond and the soda pop ring toss. There will also be facepainting plus jewelry and hairbands for sale.
Don’t forget the Strawberry Boutique for T-shirts and all things strawberry and Croatian. No new T-shirts this year, but we will have bargain prices on shirts from previous years – $10 each.
